Terms of Use

These terms of use (« Terms ») govern access to and use of the hej service, published by SARL ACTION GIRATOIRE. By creating an account, the User accepts these Terms without reservation.

1. Purpose

hej is a SaaS platform that lets Users create, edit and publish websites without writing code.

2. Account and security

The User undertakes to provide accurate information at registration and to keep their credentials confidential. Any action carried out from their account is deemed to be performed by them.

3. Permitted use

The User shall refrain in particular from:

  • any infringement of third-party rights (counterfeiting, defamation);
  • distributing unlawful content, child pornography, or content inciting hatred or violence;
  • unsolicited bulk sending, phishing, or cyberattacks;
  • any attempt to circumvent the technical or commercial limits of the service.

4. User content

The User retains ownership of their content. They grant SARL ACTION GIRATOIRE a non-exclusive license, as required to host, distribute and serve such content as part of the service.

5. Availability and changes

SARL ACTION GIRATOIRE uses reasonable means to ensure the continuity of the service but does not guarantee 100% availability. Interruptions for maintenance or updates may occur.

6. Liability

SARL ACTION GIRATOIRE cannot be held liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, loss of customers, or loss of data resulting from the action of a third party). Its total liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the User during the twelve months preceding the incident.

7. Suspension and termination

In the event of a serious breach of the Terms, SARL ACTION GIRATOIRE reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User's account, where applicable without notice.

8. Governing law

The Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be brought before the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of SARL ACTION GIRATOIRE, subject to the mandatory provisions protecting consumers.
