Terms of Sale
These terms of sale (« Terms of Sale ») apply to any subscription to a paid plan of the hej service, published by SARL ACTION GIRATOIRE.
1. Offers and plans
The available plans, their features and their prices are described on the « Pricing » page of the site and within the application. Prices are stated in euros excluding tax (HT) and inclusive of all taxes (TTC); the applicable VAT is the one in force on the day of billing.
2. Order and billing
Subscription is carried out online via Stripe, the payment provider. The invoice is issued automatically at the start of the period and available in the client area. The subscription is tacitly renewed at each due date (monthly or annual).
3. Means of payment
Bank cards accepted via Stripe. SARL ACTION GIRATOIRE does not store any bank details. In the event of a payment failure, the User is informed by email; failing regularisation within a reasonable time, the service may be suspended.
4. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer User expressly accepts the immediate performance of the service upon subscription and thereby waives their 14-day right of withdrawal. This waiver is confirmed upon subscription.
5. Termination
The User may terminate their subscription at any time from their client area. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period; sums already paid are not refunded, except as provided by law.
6. After-Sales Service
Support by email at support@hej.fr. Response times depend on the plan subscribed to.
7. Warranties and liability
SARL ACTION GIRATOIRE provides the service under the conditions set out in the Terms of Use. Its total contractual liability is limited to the sums actually paid by the User during the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law and disputes
The Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the consumer User may resort free of charge to a consumer mediator. Failing an agreement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
